How to make soft pulka Ingredients: Wheat flour / atta  Salt  Water  Directions: Take a wide mouth bowl add atta and salt. Mix well Add some water and mix well by using your hands The dough is ready now it's very dry so sprinkle some drops of water on top and keep aside for 5 mins. After 5 mins press the dough nicely, if couldn't do so hit the dough nicely. Take some portion of dough and make it into medium size balls. Aloo Paratha Recipe Ingredients: Potato / urulaikilangu 5 nos  Whole wheat flour/ atta 2 cups Chilli powder / milagai thool   Jeera powder / seeraga thool Ajwain seeds / omam 1/2 spoon Salt / uppu Coriander leaves/ kothamalli Elaine Oil Directions:  Pressure cook the potatoes for 2-3 whistles  Take 2 cups of atta and add salt  Add some water in the centre and make a dough  Press the dough nicely or keep it aside for 10 minutes..make sure the dough is thick..  Meanwhile take a kadai add ghee/ oil and heat up  Add Ajwain and allow it to release the aroma  Mash the potatoes well  Add mashed potatoes along with ajwain  Add chilli powder, jeera powder, salt,dry mango powder(optional)  Mix everything well together  Switch off the flame and add finely chopped coriander leaves and allow it to cool.  Make a balls..  Take a dough and make a small and thick...

Radish /Mooli Paratha Ingredients: Wheat flour / gothumai mavu 1cup Radish / mulangi/ Mooli 2-3 PC's Red chilli powder / milagai thool 2tsp Cumin powder / seeraga thool 2 TSP Salt depends on your taste Turmeric powder 1/2tsp Hing 1/2tsp Directions: Wheat flour I took 1 cup, you will get around 7-8 parathas  Mooli/ radish I took 3 and grated it.  I have directly added my Mooli if you are preparing for elderly person or kids please place a kadai add 2 spoon oil, jeera, then saute grated Mooli for a minute and add to the flour and all the masalas  Add required water and make a dough. The dough will not be very thick as the Mooli will release moist.
