Radish /Mooli Paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat flour / gothumai mavu 1cup
Radish / mulangi/ Mooli 2-3 PC's
Red chilli powder / milagai thool 2tsp
Cumin powder / seeraga thool 2 TSP
Salt depends on your taste
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Hing 1/2tsp
Directions:
Wheat flour I took 1 cup, you will get around 7-8 parathas
Mooli/ radish I took 3 and grated it.
I have directly added my Mooli if you are preparing for elderly person or kids please place a kadai add 2 spoon oil, jeera, then saute grated Mooli for a minute and add to the flour and all the masalas
Add required water and make a dough. The dough will not be very thick as the Mooli will release moist. If you saute it beforehand the dough will be thick
Pat a thin Paratha and place it on top of iron tawa..Make sure you always use iron tawa it will be healthy and it will add-on the taste of Paratha.
Flip over and pour some oil both sides.
Paratha is ready๐ serve with some pickle / curd.
