How to make soft pulka Ingredients: Wheat flour / atta Salt Water Directions: Take a wide mouth bowl add atta and salt. Mix well Add some water and mix well by using your hands The dough is ready now it's very dry so sprinkle some drops of water on top and keep aside for 5 mins.
