Ingredients:

Besan flour 1.5cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Hing 1 spoonful
Curry leaves for garnishing

Directions:

 Take a cup of besan flour
 Add rice flour in the same bowl
 Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, hing,salt
 Mix well everything
 Add water in the middle and mix
 Add water and knead the dough using hand
 If the dough is very dry add some water and oil.
 Dough is ready
 Take the OmaPodi maker, which has very thin holes
 Grease the maker with oil
 Heat up oil in a kadai
 Take a portion of dough and press

 Drop a small size dough in oil and check the oil temperature if it raises immediately then start making omapodi
 Check the OmaPodi maker roughly by pressing
 Start pressing it directly into the oil
 Make a big circles of omapodi
 Press it roughly
 Allow it to cook for half a minute
 It's time to flip over
 Let it cook nicely both sides
 Once the oil bubbles reduces take out the OmaPodi πŸ‘‡

 Transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool
 Break the big OmaPodi circles into small pieces
Fry some curry leaves and garnish on top.
OmaPodi is ready πŸ˜€
