Jeera rice
 
  Jeera rice       Ingredients:   Rice of your choice   (I've used Sona masuri steam rice)   Jeera 3 tsp   Jeera powder 2 tsp   Salt   Corriander leaves (optional)   Ghee/oil 4 tsp.     Directions:     Heat up pressure cooker and pour some ghee/oil    Add Jeera and saute     Once Jeera crackled add rice and fry it in a high flame     Fry for 2-3 minutes untill the rice changes it Colour and doubles the amount     Rice colour changed and the amount of rice looks increased     For one cup of steam rice add 3 cups of water and 1 tsp salt     Add some corriander leaves     Add 2-3 tsp Jeera powder and pressure cook it for 2 whistles in high flame and 3 minutes simmer it.     Once it releases pressure, can open the lid and stir the rice     Jeera rice is ready😀     Serve it with the gravy of your choice.it goes well with channa masala, Dal makhani,tadka dal, rogan Josh etc..
